It was a great place to eat. The food was great. After we got our food we didn't see our server until we were done eating, so that was the only down side. We did need a couple things, so not seeing him just bumped the service rating down a bit.

We love this place! Cozy, warm with lots of kitsch's. Everything from prime rib to burgers and salads. Full bar. Family friendly and a patio out back. Good for groups! Still solid down home cooking. Try the new specials! The calamari is great! Now weekend breakfast! Prime rib Benedict was awesome!

Drea was the best server we've had at any restaurant in many years. It was our first time dining and we had a few questions. Drea had excellent recommendations/suggestions. I was torn between a couple dishes and she recommended putting the chicken over pasta instead of 2 sides. She asked if we wanted more sauce, to go drink containers, and more. She had the BEST suggestions. The place was as you'd expect - comfort food, license plates adorn the walls, etc. Food was good. Drea was excellent!

We came through with a table of 10. We were originally sat inside, but wanted to move outside. We knew that could be inconvenient, but Taylor didn’t mind at all and helped us get things together. Taylor was fantastic, funny, and personable. Probably best bar food we have had in a LONG time, stay away from the margaritas though... Taylor and the food were amazing!!

Outstanding dinner, very nice attentive waitress, full bar and very clean restaurant. Really enjoyed dinner. I had Kent’s special, a hamburger steak patty with mushrooms and onions on top, mashed potatoes with vegetables, it was very good, friend ordered lamb chops and he said they were tasty, very happy with dinner.

I stumbled upon this place while looking for dinner on a Friday evening. It was the only place I saw that had a crowd. The food was on point. I had the sirloin. The crowd seemed like a local group and were fun to pass the evening bantering together. Bartenders were accommodating and had a good sense of humor.

This is a classic place to eat in either Santa Barbara or Summerland. It has been around for years and it's still a great place to grab lunch or dinner if you're looking for a great hamburger, sandwich or soup and salad. It has a hole in the wall charm and is very popular with the locals, so if you're planning on eating here, make sure you give yourself time to enjoy it.
